Ok, I have not exercised since last Thursday. So that gives me only 3 or 6 workouts for last week. I had my niece and nephew, so that was 4 kids total!! Anyway, I have to have a better way to deal with these types of things b/c everything does not always go smoothly. I'll get it!!
Anyway, I'm moving on to the new week ..Week 3!!! I was going to try to catch up and double up workouts, but that is KRAZY! So, I'm just starting fresh with the new week and getting it done. I am successful and am enjoying fast, healthy, AMAZING weight loss. AMEN!
